Alejandra M

Registered Veterinary Technician

Alejandra has been working with animals since 2010 and brings over a decade of experience and certification to her role at GLVH. A graduate of Carrington College of California in San Leandro, she earned her RVT license in 2012, became Fear Free Certified in 2020, and completed advanced continuing education in anesthesia and analgesia through VETgirl.

Alex’s love for animals deepened into a passion for veterinary medicine during tech school, where hands-on experience sparked her appreciation for the “why” behind clinical care. Her guiding philosophy is to treat every client the way she would want to be treated—and every patient as if they were her own.

She shares her home with her boyfriend, her loyal dog Ginger, a charming cat named Grammy, and a few aquatic friends. Her pets are her constant companions and sources of peace and happiness. One day, she hopes to expand her fur-and-feathered family with chickens and a couple of pigs.

Alex loves GLVH’s dedication to excellent medicine and the caring spirit of its staff—a community where she continues to grow and thrive.
