Audrey (she/her)
Veterinary Assistant
Audrey (she/her) joined the GLVH team as a Veterinary Assistant in 2026, bringing with her a lifelong passion for animals and a strong foundation in animal care. Her journey began in seventh grade when she started volunteering at animal shelters, eventually accumulating more than 500 hours of experience across three clinics in the Bay Area working with rabbits, dogs, cats, and guinea pigs.
Originally dreaming of becoming a farmer, Audrey discovered the veterinary field and was drawn to its hands-on nature and the opportunity to help both animals and their people. She especially enjoys educating pet owners and strives to ensure every client feels respected, heard, and supported during their visit.
At home, Audrey shares her life with a dog, a crested gecko, and poison dart frogs. Her gecko, whom she saved up for and brought home in fifth grade, sparked her interest in exotic animal care and taught her valuable lessons in responsibility. She also enjoys caring for her frogs’ habitat and watching their unique behaviors.
As a new member of the GLVH team, Audrey was excited to join a welcoming environment where learning is encouraged and questions are met with enthusiasm. She looks forward to continuing to grow her veterinary knowledge while providing compassionate care to patients and their families.
