Client Services Representative
Adri joined the Grand Lake Veterinary Hospital team in 2026 as a receptionist, bringing with her a lifelong love of animals and a compassionate, client-focused approach. While new to the veterinary profession, Adri has spent years caring for her own pets, supporting community cats, and fostering kittens through every stage of development—from bottle feeding and weaning to monitoring their health, administering medications, and helping them gain confidence around people. She has also worked alongside rescue organizations, caring for animals that needed extra patience and understanding.
Adri chose a career in veterinary medicine because she wanted to turn her passion for animals into meaningful work. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels safe and comfortable while making every client feel heard, respected, and confident that their beloved pet is receiving compassionate care. She lives by the philosophy, “Do the right thing even when nobody is watching,” and strives to treat both people and animals with kindness and respect every day.
What drew Adri to Grand Lake Veterinary Hospital was the warm, welcoming atmosphere and supportive team. She is excited to continue learning, growing, and becoming an integral part of a practice that shares her passion for exceptional patient care.
Outside of work, Adri enjoys spending time with her partner, Blake, and her beloved pets, TT, Opal, and Big Boy. Her pets have had a profound impact on her life, inspiring her love of animal care and teaching her the value of patience, compassion, and the incredible bond between people and their pets. She approaches life with gratitude, optimism, and a deep appreciation for the experiences that have shaped her journey.
