- If you are a current client and your pet is sick, call us for triage and options to be seen sooner.
- We are currently not accepting appointment requests online. Please call us at the hospital and we will be happy to set up an appointment for you.
- If your pet was seen by a previous vet, please let us know that way we can inquire to receive their paperwork.
Health Certificates:
Bad news: traveling has gotten harder. Good news: we have partnered with the pet travel concierge service Global Vet Link to help enhance our Health Certificate process. If you will be traveling domestically or internationally with your pets and need a health certificate:
- Complete our travel checklist form here. This helps us check if we have appointment availability to move forward with next steps. We are scheduling at least 2-4 weeks out for all exams currently.
- After we receive your travel checklist back, we will email you an estimate.
- After reviewing the estimate, if you would like to move forward with the health certificate process, we will collect the pre-payment amount listed on your estimate that is required by Global Vet Link in order to get the Health Certificate process started!
- Once GVL provides us with the best timeframe to schedule your pet, we will call you to book the appointment.
Things to Note:
The pre-payment will depend on the location you are traveling to and will include the Health Certificate/paperwork that Global Vet Link will complete. Once the pre-payment is taken, the Health Certificate process will begin and we will not be able to issue a refund from this point forward.
There will be an additional charge at the time of the appointment for the exam and any treatment/add-ons required for your travel destination. The cost of the pre-payment and day-of-appointment charges will be listed in the estimate.
