Veterinary Assistant
Mia has loved animals for as long as she can remember. Her passion for pet care began in 2013 when her family adopted their dog, Munchi, from a local animal shelter. Caring for Munchi deepened Mia’s appreciation for the incredible bond between people and their pets — a connection she strives to honor every day in her work.
With over 15 years of equestrian experience, Mia has learned the value of patience, empathy, and trust — lessons that now guide her approach to veterinary care. Her goal with every client and patient is to build trust, show compassion, and create a positive, reassuring experience.
Mia was drawn to Grand Lake Veterinary Hospital for its compassionate team and commitment to excellent care. She’s excited to continue learning and growing alongside colleagues who share her dedication to animals and their families.
Outside of work, Mia enjoys spending time with her family and her beloved dog, Munchi, whom she lovingly calls her “four-legged sister.”
