Kassy has wanted to work with animals for as long as she can remember. After starting her career as a client service representative at VCA Madera in 2018, she quickly discovered her calling in hands-on patient care and became a veterinary assistant. Her journey led her through the VASE Accelerated Program, and she’s now a proud Registered Veterinary Technician.
Her goal with every client and patient is simple yet powerful: to make sure everyone feels seen, heard, and cared for. Guided by her “positive vibes—and breathe” philosophy, Kassy brings warmth, empathy, and calm energy to every interaction.
At home, Kassy shares her life with her beloved dog, Sunny, who came into her world during a challenging time and continues to bring her grounding joy. She also cherishes the memory of her tortie cat, Bambi, her “spirit animal” of ten years.
Drawn to Grand Lake Veterinary Hospital for its reputation of compassionate care and strong team culture, Kassy is thrilled to be part of a place that shares her values. Outside of work, she loves learning about science, animals, astrology, and cooking—and even teaches goat yoga on occasion!
