Client Service Representative
Mia joined the GLVH team in February 2026 as a receptionist and is passionate about helping every client and patient feel welcomed and supported. With a warm, friendly approach, Mia strives to create a positive experience for families each time they visit the hospital.
Mia began working with animals in 2025 at a doggy daycare, where she gained hands-on experience supervising group play, supporting training, and learning safe leash-handling techniques. She’s excited to bring her love of animals into the veterinary field and continue growing in her role at GLVH.
Mia lives by the Golden Rule and values the sense of community she found at GLVH. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, collecting vintage items, and spending time with her family—including her retired dog, who she considers a loyal companion and an important part of her life.
