Driven by a passion for animal care and aspirations of becoming a veterinarian, Theron brings valuable hands-on experience from volunteering at a local farm. There, she developed skills in animal handling, behavior observation, and safe animal care practices. Living by the philosophy “you live and you learn,” Theron approaches each day as an opportunity to grow and improve. She shares her home with her parents, brother, and their beloved pets – a green cheek conure named Peanut and Yorkies Marco and Polo. Having grown up around various animals since age four, Theron understands the unique personalities and needs of different species. She was drawn to GLVH’s healthy work environment and women-led leadership, valuing the opportunity to learn effective client communication while providing excellent animal care. A self-described morning person (thanks to plenty of caffeine by 8 AM!), Theron is passionate about making veterinary care more accessible and brings an enthusiastic team spirit to the hospital.
